How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Demandsweeks Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Demandsweeks Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we linked you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, let us know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of our standards may be removed from the network. Please understand that Demandsweeks Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@demandsweeks.property and include:

  • Your name and a good way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Happens After

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
