You tell us what is wrong. You can call or send a request. Then Demandsweeks Heating & Air passes your details to a provider in our network that serves your area.

The provider reaches out to you. You talk about the problem and what the visit may involve. You can talk to more than one provider if you like.

What To Have Ready

A few details make the first talk go smoothly. You do not need to know technical terms. Plain words work fine.

• The type of system, if you know it, such as a furnace or central AC
• Roughly how old the unit is
• Any noises, smells, or error lights you noticed

What Providers Are Asked to Do

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

What We Do Not Do

Demandsweeks Heating & Air does not repair, install, or replace anything. We do not send anyone to your home ourselves. We do not set prices or promise a result. We also do not decide what your insurance will pay. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your own policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
